People like to complaint a lot about their lifes. About how things doesn't go their way. The funny part of all this is that the only thing they do is sit and complaint. If you want things to change, you need to stop winning and start taking action. Life is about the road we take and the decisions we made. You can't expect things to change overnight, you just need to take baby steps and be patience. Sometimes you need to take the firt step, take the initiative in order to start. You can't just sit there and expect to things be like used to be. Just get up and reach for it. You will see that after all it wasn't that hard or bad. And if for some reason things didn't went how you were expecting, don't get disappointed and start all over again. Just keep an open mind. Be humble and you will see a new start in your life. Be positive. When you are positive, good things come to your life, but when you are negative you only bring bad things to your life. Now, close your eyes and reach for the stars...

It is amazing how selfish some people can be. There's people that thing that they deserve everything without any effort. People that think that they can hurt anyone without any regrets. Guess what? Life is not easy and every action come with consequences. You just can go and hurt people and then when you need something go to that person like you never did anything to them. That's wrong. You made everything in your power to try to separate us, and didn't work. You did everything in your power to keep living on the house but you didn't want me there. Guess what? I granted your wish. So why you came the other night around my house to talk to him saying that you are having problems with your mom and that you guys haven't be able to paid the mortgage. What was your real intentions that night? You just want to see how we were living? You want to see his reaction when you told him that? You want him to give you money? Or you want to see if you can move in with us. You know karma? You should know by know, because that's exactly what's happening now. What make you think that you can come to my house and stay with us? I wasn't welcome in yours, so guess what? you are not welcome in mine. Next time before doing something think again, because for every action is a consequence. And you need to face them. You can run but you can't hide. You are not a kid anymore, it's time to grow up and be a man. You can't continue this game because it's not going to work with me. Stop acting like a brat. If for some reason you came across this, yes I'm talking about you.

Day 1

Todays the first day on my journey.  I Know is not going to be easy but I'm up for the challenge.

My goal is to lose 20 pounds.  Everyday i'm going to post my workout routine and what I been eating during the day.  Once a week i'm going to weight myself and post a pic too.

So let's start it:

Starting weight: 141.4

My workout:

60 min on the cross ramp
6 rep of 5 on the ab crunch machine
6 rep of 10 on the torso rotation machine
20 min on the treadmill @3mph
6 rep of 20 on the ab isolator
25 min on the stationary bike
20 min on the elliptical


A bowl of oatmeal w a handful of raisins and a glass of milk.


Tuna salad sandwich on a wheat bagel w chips and a diet coke
2 Tbsp of nutella


A cup of green tea
2 chocolate chip cookies
Fresh fruit salad


Garden Rotini w mushroom and peppers and kidney beans
1 slice of garlic bread
2 glasses of diet v8 juice

It been awhile since my last post.  A lot of thing has change in my life. 

Couple of months ago I fall in love and Decide to leave.everything and start a new life in a new city.  It haven't been ready, but who said that life is easy anyway.  it been full of UPS and downs, but in the end it was worth it.

Now just getTing uSe to my new life in a new city.  Just trying to find the balance, to find my self.

I decide to go back to my blog BC in the past help me so much to see where I am and.where I.want to.go.

So bundle up BC it's going to be a great.experience.

One of the things i'm going us take control of myself.  A couple of Weeks ago i.enrolled on a gym and I enjoy much.  I love working out so much, make me feel better about myself.

So starTing on Monday i'm going to start posting my workout routines and what I been eaTing duRing the day.
