Recipe of the Day (Good for a Healthy lunch)

Vegetables With a Touch of Lemon Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 head(s) cauliflower, cut into florets
2 cup(s) broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil, olive
1 clove(s) garlic, minced
2 teaspoon parsley, fresh, chopped

Preparation

1. Steam broccoli and cauliflower until tender (about 10 minutes).

2. In small saucepan, mix the lemon juice, oil, and garlic, and cook over low heat for two or three minutes.

3. Put vegetables in serving dish. Pour lemon sauce over them. Garnish with parsley.
