Recipes

Black Bean Chili
Makes 1 serving

3 oz extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup rinsed and drained canned black beans
2 diced bell peppers (red or yellow)
2 diced tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese


Brown the beef in a skillet. Add the beans, peppers and tomatoes and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve immediately.
